bad night sleep means lack of focus in the morning

Focus at work is essential.

That is why understanding why I lack focus is important to me.

One reason I find is I lack a good night sleep.

So these are the things i do to make sure i am at my optimal focus just by getting that quality sleep♥️.

1. After indulging junk food or too much carbs before sleep, it is necessary to drink warm ginger tea.

2. Belly massage with liniments ( love katinko). Warms liniments and massage just gives my brain a signal, its time to sleep ♥️♥️♥️.
