I've been here and there trying out healthy things to improve the following;
Brain Fog
Excessive Thoughts
Can't Focus on a Single Task
Weak & Tired
Some of the few things I tried are Low Carb Diet, Healthy Keto, no dairy, and adding weird things to my diets like raw garlic, powdered malungay leaves, powdered barley, and cold-pressed virgin coconut oil.
True enough, that I am still guilty of eating carbs here and there so the result of my journey to a sharp mind is not yet in full swing.

And I am NOT HAPPY with that.
There's a bit of improvement with my brain focus, but still, I feel that it is not enough.
I wanted to have mental clarity that could withstand any fears and doubt that held me on doing productive things.
On one occasion, I somehow see a great result with garlic in an empty stomach, which leads me to think about the overgrowth of fungus in my body.
I hated medicines a long time ago, but there is one occurrence that a doctor prescribed me 3-day anti-biotics to heal my worst cough and cold. After that, I felt great.
So when another horrible cough and cold come, I forgot which year, I went to the doctor and asked them to give me some anti-biotics. She gave me 7-day anti-biotics. And that I suspect worsens my situation with fungal overgrowth.
Apparently, after binging on a lot of videos online, you can get microbe imbalance when you take anti-biotics.
And, have I mentioned that much information I read online, including Dr. Berg videos, say's that there is a huge connection between your healthy tummy(gut) and the way you think.
How I understand is that "you think through your stomach(gut)".
My suspicion is that anti-biotics killed most of my microbes (not impossible to happen) and fungus overtake my whole body.
And few interesting symptoms of fungal overgrowth are depression, brain fog, white tongue, dandruff, and (I forgot the rest).
And my brain says, well, those symptoms are all happening to me.
So, do I have fungal overgrowth?
I am not certain yet. But I have a schedule to the doctor this Saturday to ask a bit about that and get prescriptions on probiotics I can take.
I won't be undergoing any tests though because this doctor I am about to go to is part of a free program from our Local Koop (San Jose Cooperative). So I doubt that the doctor can instantly see that I have fungal overgrowth by just looking at me.
Going Back to Cold Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil
I am amping up on antifungal natural remedies, so Virgin Coconut Oil is on top of my list.
I also eat raw garlic(can you believe it)? And ginger tea.(no sugar)
For the sake of my health and mental clarity, I will go this far and I don't see why not (except for the taste) these are all low-cost ways to improve my health.
Before Saturday, I will try my very best to increase my anti-fungal home remedies and stay away as much as possible from sugar, rice, bread, and anything sweet. I am hoping to see improvement because probiotics can be a bit pricey.
My Rice and Sweet Cravings vs Raw Garlic
I just like to highlight this observation, that after taking raw garlic on an empty stomach in the morning, I overcome any cravings from rice or snacks my nephew nibbled.
For me, that is an amazing observation.
That is it for now. I will for sure update a lot about my health and how did it go with pursuing objective goals (like money and career).
My End Goal is Career and Financial Success
The endpoint of this health journey anyway is to eliminate my excessive thoughts of if's and but's about my career which leads to financial success.
That is it for now. Thanks for reading all the way.
