How To Always Smile

How to always smile?

Happy people are generally likeable people.  And oftentimes you see happy people always smiling 😊.

People also find it easier to approach an individual who is already smiling instead of someone who looks grumpy.

But smiling for a 30+ year old me is not a good idea because i find it promotes fine lines. Of course, women would want to look their best at all times, so if I can avoid wrinkles that is great.

So I find that applying lipstick the right way is a good hack to make lips turns upturned in which will make you look like your smiling even if you're not really smiling.

"Makeuptips for happylips " is the title of the YouTube video where I learned this technique and its working well for me.

I hated my resting bitch face because it always intimidates other people and nobody likes that.

You wanted to be at peace with everyone.

By doing this simple techniques, simply drawing your lips the right way, will spread a smile to everyone without tiring your face muscles at all.

Although its pandemic and rarely other people see your lips, but on cafeteria, lunch outs where in you dont have a choice but to do a face reveal the smiling hack could go handy.

Especially, with friends and co workers, you would always want so share happy vibes by smiling and not showing your natural pouty lips or sad lips

That's it for now. Thanks for reading all the way.❗

Himalayan Salt on Baths

Not sure when it started, but I get to have a big problem with dandruff maybe about 4 years ago.

I hated anti dandruff shampoo, because apart from dandruff, I also have to consider my ever growing hairloss every day.

So I kept on switching to different shampoo to no shampoo at all.

Then I thought of using normal body soap as shampoo because I am at my ends wit.

Nothing seem to help my hair loss, so I thought why pay expensive shampoo which doesn't help- so I opted to use a normal body soap. And then sadly my, one day, I noticed I have grown another hair problem and that is dandruff

Fast forward to today after trying a lot of things, I tried a shampoo bar and so far I get to love to use it because of number of reasons.

Its cheap, its economical, it last long and I feel really clean from the scalp.

Even though my dandruff is still there, removing the oiliness on my head brings a lot of releif for me.

And another additional thing I add from my routine is putting salt on my bath water.

I felt clean from my skin and my scalp and it feels wonderful.

We don't have bathtub at home, so a huge 'palangana' basin, is enough with warm water and a small handful of Himalayan salt for my bath gives a whole another level of relief for me.

It's quite an accident that this routine has emerged to my bath routine. Because I do not know what to do with the coarse Himalayan salt I bought (its hard to put on food because its too big of a pebble). So, to not waste the salt, I just incorporate it on my bath and I really liked it so far.

I feel clean on my skin (I noticed its easier to scrub dead skin using saltwater) and my scalp feels better.

My dandruff, I feel its gone.

I don't have big white chunk of skin falling off my hair and its amazing.

Bath Routine: Big basin with hot water, I repeatedly splash water on to my hair and body (hot water helps my body relax) until I am soaked (since we dont have a proper bathtub to soak my whole body with).

Then usual soap and shampoo (im using shampoo bar from lazada -polys- they changed their name to woops).

That is it for now 😊.

Thanks for reading all the way 💞
