You guessed it, I am a Paymaya user and user of its direct rival Gcash😆.
But sadly, even though I am using both of these e wallets, I wasn't able to use their respective mobile number actively which leads to closure of the sim card.
The number one problem that popped out is, how can I use my Paymaya without the sim card?
Using an e wallets always requires an OTP.
But since I cannot retrieve my old number, I have no choice but to call *188.
As I speak to the Paymaya representatives, I went thru the process of changing the mobile number of my Paymaya account.
Hence, as I go through that process and completed it, I noticed that my referral code was changed.
The amount of my wallet and Maya savings is still intact but sadly my Paymaya referral code is now different.
I have a huge attachment to my Paymaya Referral Code, because I am earning 50 pesos whenever I get someone uses the code.
Bt the way, that was year 2020 to 2021,
