Being 34 years old (almost 35), with sedentary lifestyle, it is very frustrating to see and admit to myself that I am slowly wasting away.
My bones in my arms are still thin as it was back in my elementary days.
Frustrating
Disappointing
Depressing
Maybe I can add two more adjective and that will summarise my feelings 😆.
Desperate to Move
That is why I decided to join a local gym.
So far, I have 1 workout schedule in a week.
With this, I can console myself that at least I insert a workout in my life 😆.
I kind of feel like if in case I wanted to change work, I will definitely not chose another office work but a physical job.
I just feel better with moving around.
I feel a more alive that way than sitting and waiting away in front of computer.
Anyway - inserting exercise is great.
Its not life changing but I feel that I get a small dose of serotonin from it.
That is it for now.
