I can't even Decide What to Wear! Improving my Mental Focus with Keto

I am ALL FOR good health, mind, and body.

Like everyone else.

    Many times in my life

I have been driven by pride and the Lord humbled me;

Seeing Dr Berg's videos while searching for a deeper understanding of my lung fibrosis and inflammation has opened my eyes to a next-level kind of SELF-CARE.

Now I am mostly interested in foolproofing my emotional resistance to stress.

And I wanted to do that by strengthening the overall function of the brain.

Second Day Low Carb

On binging on a lot of videos from Dr Berg, I learned that there are ways to grow new cells for the brain.

One prolonged fasting, second keto and third sprinting as your exercise.

I am on my baby steps on doing low carb (yes not yet keto), but, I am greatly impressed by how focus I am versus before.

In a day, I can able to start things smoothly without COMPLAINING and PROCRASTINATING in my head.

Hence, this new post.

Just the Start

I am amazed by how a healthy keto would do to address my laziness. (btw I am now seeing results)

How it stopped my excessive thoughts of "ifs and buts" at night.

How it keeps me moving through my day without waiting and louching around.

And most importantly, how smoothly I manage to finish this post in the DAYTIME along with the house chores. ( I usually do post in the evening when everyone is asleep).

Would love to See More Improvement with Healthy Keto

Just to give you an idea, I try to do low carb and limit myself to just two to three tablespoon of rice in a day. Ideally, a healthy keto should have a ton of veggies. I also followed Dr Bergs recommendation on B-vitamins supplements thru nutritional yeast and omega 3 supplements thru Cod Liver Oil. Can't forget the healthy fat, I use butter and extra virgin coconut oil.

Please research extensively before you do this on your own and all things listed above are what I personally do and by no means a recommendation regarding health.

I just plainly wanted to share my personal experience doing this INVESTING IN YOURSELF in a different light.

Investing in Yourself For Success

Investing in yourself as I perceived are boosting your morale, increase your confidence, add skills to elevate your career worth, and so on,,, but in my case, all these are not enough to lift my career nor my spirit up.

There is an underlying cause of unending failures in career and relationships. That is why I wanted to start on the basics.

So now, I am thrilled to see the real results by prioritizing my basic health. Basic health that is beyond eating veggies (which is rightfully important) but also seeing excessive sugar as an enemy to my overall productivity, excessive thoughts, laziness, and more.

Final Thoughts

I will for sure update more of my health journey in this blog and how will it affect my path to success career-wise.

That is it for now. Thanks for reading all the way.
