Ways to save resources while keeping you healthy J .

1.       Make ulam out of soup and feed a Big Family

I love this one, my favourite so far is “sopas”,  you can put a small piece of chicken and a lot of veggies. Plus sopas can be paired with rice, a filling and nutritious meal in one. Another favourite is mongo.

2.     Alternate Canned Goods and Fresh Produce

Since there are plenty of canned goods from barangay its really helpful to have it in hand.

Alternating canned goods with fresh produce will ensure the body to get proper nutrients it needs.

3.     One Ulam for the Entire Day

One ulam for the entire day means less labor too.

4.     Three kinds of Lumpia

Lumpiang Shanghai
Lumpiang Tokwa
Lumpiang Tuna

This is a brilliant idea, just freeze the rest of it and fry any time you want. Iwas umay din kasi ibaiba. Nice!

5.     Wake up late; Brunch and Dinner

I am not sure if this method is good for a family with kids, but for those who are alone, I guess it works. J
