Giving Back?

Giving back is somewhat an overused term used to share anything to the public as a thanksgiving to the Lord.


But was it really giving back?


Upon knowing that we are called to be managers of God - thru the book The Legacy Journey by Dave Ramsey, I just feel like the term 'giving back' is not that suitable to use anymore.

As a steward of God's resources, sometimes we put some decision making into our own hands on what is best for those resources.


Sometimes we feel a strong conviction to do something that is viewed to the public as 'helpful', but really it is just God working its power within us.
